Promotional Return Policy

Our goal is to provide the best value through our promotions, including “Buy One, Get One Free” or “Buy Two, Get Two Free” offers. To ensure fairness and transparency, the following return policy applies to promotional purchases:

1.⁠ ⁠Full Set Returns Required

For promotions where free items are included (e.g., “Buy One, Get One Free” or “Buy Two, Get Two Free”), returns are only accepted if all items from the promotion are returned together in their original, unused condition.

• Example: If you purchased two items and received two free items as part of a “Buy Two, Get Two Free” offer, you must return all four items to qualify for a refund.

2.⁠ ⁠Partial Returns Not Accepted

We do not accept partial returns for promotional purchases. Free items are only free if the associated paid items remain in your possession.

3.⁠ ⁠Refund Calculation for Partial Returns (if applicable):

If we allow partial returns in exceptional cases, the refund will be adjusted to reflect the full retail price of the retained items.

• Example: If a “Buy One, Get One Free” item is returned, the refund will account for the full price of the retained item, and the free item will no longer qualify as free.

4.⁠ ⁠Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5.⁠ ⁠Policy Visibility
