DELIVERY TIMES ARE FOR GUIDANCE ONLY AND CANNOT BE GUARANTEED

The best way to get an accurate shipping quotation on your order specific to your location is to add products to cart and your quote will be created

If your order is placed after 12 noon on Friday, or at any time Saturday and  Sunday your order will be processed on Monday.

There will be exceptions:-

  • Bank Holidays
  • High Volume of orders
  • Occasional technical errors
  • Unforeseen circumstances

Please note the above information if ordering express shipping services.

The deliver times begin at the point of dispatch not at the point of order.

 Incorrect shipping addresses and refused delivery

TPOB will not be responsible for a customer entering an incorrect address. While every effort will be made to liaise with the courier to attempt to convey the correct address, this cannot be guaranteed, and we may be unable to recover the package.

If we reship the new delivery may be subject to additional shipping fees.

Lost or stolen shipments

If you didn’t receive your order but tracking says delivered contact us as soon as possible.

We may be able to file a claim with the courier, but you must allow up to 28 days for the investigation. Once the investigation is complete we will inform you of the resolution.
Rest assured you will receive your order although it may take a little longer under these unusual circumstances.

Parcel Protection

For a small fee, you can opt for Parcel Protection, which ensures immediate care and resolution if your parcel encounters any issues during transit. This coverage includes loss, damage, or theft after delivery. If an issue arises, we will prioritize your claim and work swiftly to resolve it for a hassle-free experience.

To qualify for coverage, claims must be filed within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date. Please retain all packaging and contents for verification in the event of damage. Depending on the nature of the claim, we may request supporting documentation to process your case:

  • For theft, a legitimate copy of a police report may be required.
  • For lost packages, a courier-issued confirmation that the order is lost may be required.
Without the necessary documentation, we may not be able to proceed with a replacement or resolution.
