Product Information
Is my product used?
Nope, your product is fresh out of the box! The manufacturer tests every machine with synthetic grey nylon fibers to make sure itβs performing like a beast. Sometimes, a little bit of those fibers might stick around, but donβt sweat itβthat doesnβt mean itβs used. Plus, your machine comes pre-oiled and ready to go, so you can start cutting right away!
I canβt find a certain productβwas it discontinued?
If you donβt see a product youβre after, donβt panic! All the latest models are available on our site. If you still canβt find it, just hit up Customer Service, and weβll check it out.
Appliance Care
I dropped my electrical appliance in water. What should I do?

Whoa, hold up! If your appliance takes a plunge, donβt reach in to grab it. First things first, unplug it from the outletβtrust us, even if itβs off, it can still pack a dangerous punch. Once youβve unplugged it, let it cool down before you pull it out of the water. Spoiler alert: if it gets wet, itβs time to say goodbye. That appliance is no longer safe to use!
Can I use a Foil Shaver wet?
No way! Foil shavers are not meant for wet skin or hair. Skip the oils and creamsβshaving on dry skin is the way to go for the best results.

Why is my order still processing?

Yes, you can choose a different shipping address during the checkout process.
Can I split the shipping of my order to multiple addresses?
No, to ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each destination.
Do you ship overseas?
Yeah, we ship worldwide. Shipping fees get tacked on at checkout. But listenβcustoms and import fees are on you. Your local government decides those charges, not us, so they aren't included in the final total. We donβt control the laws in your country, so don't get mad at us when the bill comes.
Blade Maintenance
I took apart the blade and can't put it back?

How do I keep my blade in badass shape?
Keeping your blade sharp and clean is a no-brainer! After every client, give it a quick brush with a fade or blade brush and wipe off any leftover hair with a dry cloth. For a deeper clean, take that blade off, clear out the gunk, spray it down with a high-grade disinfectant, and wipe it dry. Then, hit it with a few drops of barber blade oil at the bottom of the teeth (stay clear of the screw area). For clippers, throw in 3 drops while itβs runningβone on each side and one in the middle. Let it run for 15-30 seconds to get that oil nice and even, then turn it off and wipe off the extra.
Skip this, and youβre asking for skin irritation and cross-contaminationβbasically, a nightmare for you and your clients. Donβt be that barber!
